Chris went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the location, neighborhoods, local real estate trends, home repairs, and investment properties. He was available on a moment’s notice to talk and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. He’s also a shrewd negotiator and advisor when it comes time to make an offer. It helps that he’s also incredibly kind and will tell it to you straight.We were moving to Vegas from out of state, and Chris visited house for us and took countless videos with commentary for us. In absolutely every respect, he was an absolute pro.My wife and I feel so grateful that we found him!

Chris was an absolute pro throughout the entire experience. As a remote seller, Chris went above and beyond, visited the house multiple times to make sure everything was in perfect working order for showings and potential buyers. Even with a 3 hour time difference, every single phone call was either answered immediately or returned within the hour. Anything I needed was always a quick call or email away. Highly recommend working with him.

Being out of state buyers, Chris was excellent at guiding us through the process, he was more than willing to check out a home and send us a video walkthrough. He is still working hard making sure the house will be just right when we arrive. Totally a professional in his field.
